The management is headed by the partners: CEO Nina Jensen, Creative Director RikkeJuul Gram, and Market Director Rasmus Stougaard. The four specialists and associate partners Mi Koudal Randlev, Sanne Slot Hansen, Sofie Yde, and Signe Winther support the management.

Together with all other employees, they set the direction for how planning, design, and landscape architecture can help address the major challenges of our time – from climate change to new forms of urban life and community.

The point of departure of the studio is a strong legacy: Schønherr was founded in 1984 by Torben Schønherr, who developed the practice in the Nordic tradition: spirit of place, beauty, and simple functionality. When he stepped down from management in 2014, he left behind a foundation of values that continue to shape the studio’s work and inspire the ongoing development of the profession – in step with a changing world.
